Default Sensor Readings Off

To begin I have a '92 Talon and I have installed the Gen II. What is odd is on the sensor monitor page most of my readings seem to be off. Hz Out is ~45 but then on my logger I get 18 at idle. This is also true while driving, my logger will show something like 1000hz while the translator shows 1600? Also my wideband will not read correctly because it always reads from 9-10 afr on the gen II, but again when I use the LC1 on a laptop the afr is regular like 14's around idle. That doesn't allow me to use the wideband tracking which is why I bought it. The only thing that I think could be throwing it off is a keydiver chip set for 550's or would a non LT-1 MAF like a monte carlo throw it off? Any help would be appreciated.
